Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Calgary, TSS provides standalone and fully integrated security solutions for small, medium, and enterprise customers across Canada and the United States. TSS' core product offerings include security camera systems, intrusion alarms, access control & intercom, perimeter security, and land mobile radios.

BearCom Appoints Les Fry as New CEO
North American voice, video, and data giant puts former distribution executive at the helm.
Garland, Texas, 30 March, 2022. BearCom announced today that Les Fry has accepted the position of CEO of the company. An experienced business leader, Les has been appointed and approved by the BearCom Board of Directors.
From 2019-2022 and prior to accepting the BearCom CEO role, Les served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he oversaw all commercial aspects, including Enterprise, Inside Sales and Rentals across North America.
