Experience: Jason Rich is a deeply experienced financial and operational executive with over 20 years of leadership across private equity-backed companies. He was most recently CFO of REMarkets, an IT asset disposition services company. Prior to that, Jason was CFO of Veseris a $450M specialty chemicals distributor with 70+ locations. He brings a rare combination of PE operating partner insight and hands-on CFO execution, having served both as a portfolio company CFO and interim finance leader for multiple businesses. Over the course of his career, Jason has led numerous successful exits, driven large-scale integrations, and built scalable infrastructure for growth across a diverse set of industries. 

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Management with concentrations in Finance and Western Civilization from Providence College.
