BearCom employs radio system engineers who are utilized to troubleshoot interference or other system-wide issues. Our engineers are available for nationwide consultation. We also maintain a national Professional Services Group, which is responsible for engineering-level responses to not only our branches, but our customers as well.

As an established wireless dealer and integrator, we recognize the need for flexible technical services for all markets BearCom serves. Our 120-plus technicians maintain certifications on a vast array of two-way radios, consoles, and associated technologies to include wireless networks, IP cameras, and wireless VoIP solutions. We provide project management with detailed drawings, test plans, and related technical services as required.

Our in-house Special Projects Group designs and assembles custom interfaces for radio system support products to enhance our customers’ unique user requirements. This team is responsible for our unique video surveillance camera pod and call box designs.

Production and Fulfillment
BearCom maintains an approximate 90% fill rate on in-stock inventory plans with roughly 1,500 items on hand at all times. Our ERP system does a complete credit and inventory check for every order, every 15 minutes. Orders are printed every 30 minutes between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CT (Monday through Friday). As a result, in-stock product can ship out the same day in many cases, and within 24 hours in almost all other cases.
