And many emergency and first responder dispatchers use the company’s radio dispatch gear and systems to manage clear communications.
Additional Information about Telex
As it combines forces with other industry leaders, the Telex reach expands. The Bosch Group, a top producer of communication systems, acquired Telex in June 2006. Telex is proud to be a member of Bosch Security Systems, a division of the Bosch Group that sells products with a value of one billion euros. Bosch Security Systems employs more than 7,800 associates worldwide.
More Data about Telex
An example of the Telex dispatch systems that BearCom sells and installs can be found at the Galveston County Office of Emergency Management in Texas. This system ensured seamless emergency and rescue services communications for the evacuation and monitoring of the area during Hurricane Ike in September 2008. Though the infrastructure took a beating during the hurricane, including a sizable storm surge, the Telex equipment remained intact and kept working.
